A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking your reservations. Up to 30 days prior to your arrival date, you may cancel your your reservation and the 50% deposit will be refunded to you. If you want to continue to hold your reservation on a guaranteed basis the additional 50% will be due 30 days prior to arrival and is NON Refundable. The purpose of this guarantee is that we will hold your spot for your arrival and we cannot resell that spot at such a late date. Thank you for your understanding.
